Alphacom?

We are an independent agency focused on improving the customer experience. We are contracted by companies to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are being maintained.

What are Alphacom’s hours of operation?

We work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.

What does Alphacom do?

We reach out to customers on behalf of companies who want to improve their customer service. We help gather information, like how customers feel about their experiences or if they think there is anything that should be updated on the company end. We then use that information to assist the companies we work with to create a quick and easy customer-centric experience.

I got a call from a representative from Alphacom. How do I know this is not a scam?

No representative from Alphacom will ever ask you for highly sensitive personal information such as Social Security Numbers, Driver’s License or Non Driver ID numbers, credit card information, or medical information. We will only ask you questions about your experience with a company whose services you use.

I missed a call from Alphacom. What should I do?

Give us a call back! We’d love your input. Our representatives will always leave their name and the best phone number to reach them when leaving you a voicemail, and they will always leave you a voicemail unless your voicemail is full and they are unable to do so.

What happens to the input I give to Alphacom?

Even though we will never ask you for highly sensitive personal information, we always take your privacy seriously. We only use the information and input you give us to help improve company services. We do not share any of your information, including any experiences you share with us, with any outside parties.

When can I speak with a representative from Alphacom? Can I schedule a call with them instead of waiting for them to call me?

Alphacom works to be available when you are available. If you miss a call from us, simply give us a call back at a time that works for you! If you prefer to make an appointment to get a call back, let us know when the best time would be to reach you and we will accommodate your schedule!

A member of Alphacom called me, but I want to speak with the company they are calling me about.

We are calling you on behalf of a company you are a customer of, but unfortunately we cannot help you order additional products or services from that company. However, we can always lead you in the right direction and provide you with a phone number for that company.
